Translation:
 “Allahumma aa-nis wahshati fi qabri. Allahummar hamni bil-Qur’an-il-‘Azeem waj‘alhu li imaaman wa nooran wa hudan wa rahmah. Allahumma dhakkirni minhu ma naseet, wa ‘allimni minhu ma jahilt, warzuqni tilaawatahu aanaa al-layli wa aṭraafa an-nahaari, waj‘alhu li hujjatan ya Rabb al-‘aalameen”.

English Meaning:
 “O Allah, make my grave a place of peace. Have mercy on me through the great Quran. Make it for me a guide, a light, a source of direction, and a mercy. O Allah, help me remember what I forgot from it, teach me what I do not know, and grant me its recitation during the night and day. Make it a proof for me, O Lord of the worlds”.

Urdu Translation:

اے اللہ! میری قبر میں میری وحشت کو دور فرما، اے اللہ! قرآنِ عظیم کے ذریعے مجھ پر رحم فرما، اور اسے میرے لیے رہنما، روشنی، ہدایت اور رحمت بنا دے۔ اے اللہ! مجھے اس کا وہ حصہ یاد دلا جو میں بھول گیا ہوں، اور مجھے وہ سکھا جو میں نہیں جانتا، اور مجھے دن کے کناروں اور رات کے وقتوں میں اس کی تلاوت کی توفیق عطا فرما، اور اسے میرے حق میں حجت بنا دے، اے تمام جہانوں کے رب!
